This broker fee disclosure is an overview of services we provide as mortgage brokers and maximum fees that may be incurred in obtaining your mortgage. Catskill Mortgage does not collect any up-front fees and pre-qualifications are free. Once your application receives a pre-qualification you will be sent a disclosure package outlying your rate of interest and a "Good Faith Estimate" of fees to expect at closing.
